Etsy and TikTok Shop purchases
Products sold through our Etsy shop and TikTok Shop are subject to those platforms' own terms of service, payment terms, and buyer protection policies.
Orders, refunds, shipping, tracking, and payment processing are handled through the platform where you completed your purchase. For order-specific issues, please reach out through the platform directly — that is typically the fastest path to a resolution.
