How we use it

We use your name, email address, topic, and message to read and respond to your inquiry. That is the only purpose.

When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to our support inbox at support@novusqueststudio.com. You will also receive a short automated reply to confirm we received your message.

We do not use your contact information for marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not share your information with third parties for advertising purposes.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any reason.

Third-party platforms

If you purchase through Etsy or TikTok Shop, those platforms have their own privacy policies that govern any information you provide during the purchase process. We do not control what those platforms collect, and this policy does not cover their practices. We encourage you to review Etsy's and TikTok's privacy policies directly.

How long we keep your messages

We retain contact messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for basic record-keeping. If you would like us to remove a specific message, email us at support@novusqueststudio.com and we will take care of it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or client-side analytics scripts. Your visit is not tracked beyond what is standard for any web server — basic access logs maintained by our hosting provider.
