Order, refund, and shipping issues
We want every purchase to go smoothly. That said, some issues — like refunds, returns, shipping delays, and order tracking — are handled directly through the platform where you bought.
Etsy orders: For order-specific questions, messaging us through Etsy is usually the fastest way to get help. Etsy also provides buyer protections and handles the checkout and payment process directly. For a refund or return on an Etsy order, please open a message or case through Etsy.
TikTok Shop orders: Orders placed through TikTok Shop are subject to TikTok Shop's policies. Refund requests and order disputes should be initiated through the TikTok Shop platform. We'll do our best to resolve any issues on our end.
